About InterCloud
InterCloud provides enterprise software and AI to organizations across Asia-Pacific. One platform covers operations, content, infrastructure and compliance: GlowScale (ERP with CRM, ITSM and HCM), Orbio (CMS and digital experience), SnowTrack (system monitoring) and TrustFlow (PDPA consent management), with InterCloud AI across them.
The role
You will build InterCloud AI: the assistant inside our products, the website chat and the AI Avatar. The work connects large language models to live business data safely, so that an answer respects the permissions of the person who asked and can be traced to its source.
What you will do
- Design and build assistant features that answer from product data through permission-checked APIs.
- Work on retrieval, prompting, tool use and evaluation so that answers are accurate and their sources are shown.
- Build insight and automation features, such as summaries, anomaly notices and drafted actions that a person confirms.
- Measure quality, cost and latency, and improve them with evidence.
- Work with product engineers to bring AI features into GlowScale, Orbio, SnowTrack and TrustFlow.
What we look for
- 2+ years building software with machine learning or large language models in production.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation of model output or agent and tool-use patterns.
- Understanding of data privacy and access control in multi-tenant systems.
- Able to read and write technical English; Thai is an advantage.
