Solutions & Services
Business systems designed, built and operated for you,
from consulting to managed operations.
One team stays accountable for your business systems from the first workshop to daily operation. InterCloud designs, builds and operates them for enterprises and government agencies. The work covers the modernization of legacy applications, the development of new web, mobile and enterprise platforms, their operation on AWS and the addition of AI where it improves a business process.
What We Do
One Engineering Team Accountable for the Whole Engagement
Most engagements combine several of these areas. A modernization program usually includes a cloud migration, and a new application requires a CI/CD pipeline and monitoring from the first release.
Modernize
Digital Transformation
Move off legacy systems in stages while the business keeps running. Modernization of legacy systems, migration to AWS, integration of the applications already in use and the conversion of operational data into reports that support management decisions.

Business Application Development
Get an application that fits your process where a packaged product does not. Custom web, mobile and enterprise applications with Java / Spring Boot back ends and Next.js / React front ends, together with the APIs and microservices that support them.

Cloud & Infrastructure
Release changes routinely and learn of a problem before users are affected. AWS landing zones, container and serverless platforms, Terraform-managed infrastructure, GitHub Actions pipelines and monitoring with SnowTrack.

AI & Data Solutions
Reduce manual work on documents and get answers from company data. Assistants that work on company documents and data, document understanding in Thai and English, analytics dashboards, workflow automation and MLOps.

Why InterCloud
What Customers Can Expect From InterCloud
One Accountable Team
One team is responsible for requirements, architecture, development, infrastructure and operations. The customer does not have to coordinate a consulting firm, a development vendor and a hosting provider.
Experienced Team
Senior staff remain on your project after the kick-off. Our engineers have worked on enterprise Java systems since the company was founded in 2013 and build today with Spring Boot, Next.js and AWS.
Defined Methodology
See a working increment at the end of every short iteration. Components that require a fixed commitment receive a written scope, and acceptance criteria are agreed before development starts.
Secure & Reliable
Start with security and monitoring already in place. Role-based access, SSO with Google or Microsoft, two-factor authentication and audit trails are included in the standard design. Infrastructure is defined as code and monitored from the day of go-live.
Process
How We Work
The same four phases apply to the takeover of a legacy system and to a new development. How much weight each phase carries depends on the project.
- 1
Consult
Workshops with business owners and IT staff document the current systems, data and processes. The phase concludes with a prioritized backlog, a register of the identified risks and a recommendation to build, buy or extend.
- 2
Design
Solution architecture, data model, integration contracts and user-interface flows are prepared and reviewed with your team. Items that require a firm commitment receive a fixed scope and price, and the remaining work is estimated per iteration.
- 3
Build
Development proceeds in short iterations, each ending with a demonstration. Every change passes through code review, automated tests and a CI/CD pipeline into a staging environment that is available to your team.
- 4
Run
The system goes live with monitoring and alerting in place, documentation and training for your team, and a support agreement for the period after launch. At hand-over your team receives the source code and the infrastructure definitions.
Engagement Models
Engage Us for a Project, a Dedicated Team or Managed Operations
Project delivery suits an engagement with a defined outcome, such as the replacement of a system, the launch of a new platform or the completion of an integration. Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance, and InterCloud delivers against them.
A dedicated team is our software outsourcing model. Named InterCloud engineers work in your backlog and with your tools, and the team grows or shrinks as the roadmap changes. InterCloud is responsible for recruitment, management and quality.
Managed operations covers systems that are already in production. InterCloud operates the infrastructure, applies updates and security patches, responds to alerts and delivers improvements on an agreed schedule.
- English- and Thai-speaking engineers working in your time zone
- Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation remain the property of the customer
- Regular reporting through sprint reviews, burn-down charts and a monthly service report
- Engagements can begin with a discovery phase or a small team and expand later
FAQ
Common Questions
How does a project start?
A project starts with a conversation about the problem, followed by a short discovery phase: workshops with the people who own the process, a review of the existing systems and data, and a written proposal with scope, approach, timeline and price. Discovery is a paid engagement with a fixed scope, and its output belongs to you whether or not we build the solution.
Where is the team based and which languages do you work in?
Our engineering teams work with customers across Asia-Pacific. Projects are run in English or Thai, and documentation is produced in the language your team prefers. Meetings are scheduled at hours that suit stakeholders in your time zone.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Your company owns it. Source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and data produced for your project are handed over and belong to your company. Our own products, such as GlowScale or SnowTrack, remain licensed where they are used; everything built specifically for your project is yours.
Which technologies do you use?
Java with Spring Boot for back ends, Next.js and React for front ends, PostgreSQL for data, and Docker containers on AWS with Terraform-managed infrastructure. We work with other stacks when an existing system requires it, and we recommend this one because we build and operate our own products on it.
What happens after go-live?
A warranty period covers defects, and a support agreement covers monitoring, patches, incident response and improvements after that. You choose the level of support: business hours, extended hours or fully managed operations. Your team can also take over operation completely, with the documentation and training to do so.
