Mobility & Service Marketplace
Rides, deliveries and on-site services,
matched and managed on one platform
People who need a ride or a delivery are matched with drivers, and homes and businesses book skilled people for hands-on work, through one mobile app. Platform administrators, fleet operators and service companies run the business on the web. Fellow is a super-app platform with seven transport services and a Service Marketplace, operated by InterCloud Company Limited.
What You Gain
Trips, drivers, payments and pricing managed in one place
Trips
A rider's request goes to the nearest driver, and the trip can be followed as it happens. Fellow handles the request, the dispatch and live location tracking, then the rating and the tip at the end.
Bookings
Riders plan ahead and do not have to request a ride at the last minute. A trip can be booked in advance, and a trip that repeats is set up as a recurring scheduled trip.
Drivers & Vehicles
Operators work from one record of who drives and what they drive. Fellow keeps a registry of drivers, vehicles and vehicle types.
Identity Verification
A driver signs up in the app and verifies their identity from documents, and platform administrators approve the check.
Finance
Payment is settled on the platform. Fellow provides a wallet with top-up, payment by card and PromptPay, refunds and automatic card charging. Drivers receive their earnings.
Pricing
Fares follow one set of rules. The platform calculates the fare of each trip and applies surge pricing by area.
Governance
Personal data and administrative work can be accounted for. Fellow records consent under the PDPA, receives account deletion requests and keeps a log of administrators' actions.
Partner Hotels
Fellow carries privileges from partner hotels on the platform.

Service Marketplace
Skilled people for hands-on work, booked in the same app
Fellow also brings homes and businesses together with the people who do the work on site: technicians, housekeepers, movers and other service providers.
Technicians & Repairs
A repair is done by a person with the skill for it, at the place where the fault is. Customers find a technician on Fellow and book the repair or maintenance work.
Housekeeping & Cleaning
A home or a workplace is kept in order by people who come to it. Customers book a housekeeper or a cleaning service through Fellow.
Moving & Delivery
Goods and belongings are carried by people who arrive at the door. Customers book moving and delivery services through Fellow.
Other On-Site Services
The marketplace also covers other services that a person carries out at the customer's home or place of business.
What the Marketplace Is About
Work that is done by hand, by a person who comes to the site
The Service Marketplace in Fellow is for labor that people carry out in person. Every service on it is done on site, at a home or at a place of business, by someone with the skill for the job.
Digital and online freelance work is outside its scope. The marketplace is kept to manual work, and the skilled people who do that work are at its center.
It serves individual customers and businesses alike, and gives service providers and contractor companies their own tools.
- Services carried out on site, in person
- Technicians, housekeepers, movers and other service providers
- For homes and for businesses
- No digital or online freelance work
Who Works on the Marketplace
Homes and businesses that need the work, and the people who do it
Homes
A household finds and books a technician, a housekeeper or a mover in the Fellow app.
Businesses
A business manages the on-site services it uses on Fellow.
Service Providers
Technicians, housekeepers and other service providers receive and carry out bookings through their own app.
Contractor Companies & Service Teams
Contractor companies and service teams run their work on a system of their own.
How Data Is Kept Apart
Each fleet company sees only its own data
Fellow is multi-tenant. Each fleet company sees only its own data, and the server enforces that separation.
Pickup and drop-off locations and phone numbers are treated as personal data. A driver's number is shown to the rider through a proxy number.
Consent under the PDPA is recorded, people can ask for their account to be deleted, and the actions of administrators are kept in a log.
- Multi-tenant, with separation enforced by the server
- Locations and phone numbers treated as personal data
- Proxy number between rider and driver
- PDPA consent and account deletion requests
- Log of administrators' actions
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is Fellow one app or several?
Fellow is one platform that each role reaches in its own way. Riders, drivers, customers and service providers use it on mobile, and fleet operators, businesses, contractor companies and platform administrators use it on the web.
Which on-site services does the Service Marketplace cover?
Work that people carry out on site: technicians and repair work, housekeeping and cleaning, moving and delivery, and other on-site services, for homes and for businesses.
Does the marketplace list digital or online freelance work?
No. It is kept to hands-on work that a person does at the customer's home or place of business.
How can a service provider or a contractor company take part?
Service providers work through their own app, and contractor companies and service teams through a system of their own. Contact our team and we will explain the next steps.
Which services does it cover?
Seven: car rides, motorcycle rides on petrol and electric motorcycles, airport transfers, a car with a driver by the hour or as a charter, goods delivery by pickup and truck, parcel and food delivery, and car rental.
Can a fleet operator see another company's trips?
No. Fellow is multi-tenant: each fleet company sees only its own data, and the server enforces this.
How are riders' and drivers' phone numbers protected?
Phone numbers are treated as personal data, as are pickup and drop-off locations. A driver's number is shown to the rider through a proxy number.
Which payment methods are supported?
Riders can pay by card and PromptPay, and can top up a wallet. Refunds and automatic card charging are part of the platform.
