Personal data requests

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have rights over the personal data InterCloud holds about you. Use this page to exercise them.

Your rights

  • See a copyAsk for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we obtained it.
  • CorrectAsk us to correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • DeleteAsk us to delete your personal data, or to make it anonymous, where the law allows.
  • ObjectObject to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, including for direct marketing.
  • RestrictAsk us to restrict the use of your personal data, for example while its accuracy is being checked.
  • Receive in a portable formatReceive the personal data you gave us in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consentWithdraw consent you gave earlier. Processing that took place before the withdrawal is not affected.

How a request is handled

  1. 1Send the form on this page with the e-mail address that our records hold for you.
  2. 2Open the link we send to that address to confirm the request. We ask for this confirmation so that nobody can make a request about another person's data.
  3. 3We answer by e-mail within 30 days from your confirmation. If we cannot carry out the request, our answer gives the reason.
