Getting Started with the App Portal
The App Portal at app.itcsuite.com is the single sign-in for GlowScale, Orbio, SnowTrack and InterCloud AI. These guides cover accounts, workspaces and the settings an administrator needs on the first day.
Sign up and verify your e-mail
Create a workspace and your account in the sign-up wizard, choose a plan, then open the verification link we e-mail you. Sign-in is blocked until the address is verified; a new link can be requested from the “Resend verification” page.
Workspaces and roles
A workspace is your organization’s space in the portal; one account can belong to several and switch between them from the account menu. Roles are Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer: Owners and Admins manage people and settings, Members work in the apps, Viewers have read-only access.
Inviting users
Owners and Admins invite colleagues from Users & Access by e-mail and role. Invitees receive a link to create their account or sign in and accept. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked; if the workspace restricts sign-up to allowed e-mail domains, invitations outside them are refused.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Use “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Microsoft” on the sign-in page to use your organization’s identity. New users who arrive this way create their first workspace on the welcome page; existing users can connect these accounts under My Profile → Connected accounts.
Passkeys
Register a passkey under My Profile → Passkeys to sign in with your device’s fingerprint, face or PIN, or a security key. Then choose “Sign in with Passkey” on the sign-in page. Passkeys replace the password for that device and can be removed at any time.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA under My Profile → Two-factor authentication: confirm your password, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the first code. Store the recovery codes shown once; they allow you to sign in if you lose the device. Workspaces can require 2FA for everyone.
Workspace Settings: General, Security, Authentication
Owners and Admins set the workspace name and regional formats (General), require 2FA, restrict allowed e-mail domains and control session timeout and multiple sessions (Security), and choose which sign-in methods are offered (Authentication). Changes are tracked and applied on Save.
Organization profile
The Organization page holds your company profile and key contacts, shown to your team and used in correspondence. Owners and Admins edit it; everyone else can view it.
Newsletter admin
Available to Owners and Admins of the InterCloud workspace: subscriber statistics and export, issues written in Markdown with live preview, a test send to yourself and a confirmed send to all subscribers. Bounces and spam reports are suppressed automatically.

API documentation
How Our APIs Are Organized
InterCloud products expose REST APIs under the /api/v1 path. The portal and the product front ends use the same APIs, called same-origin from the browser, so anything the user interface can do is available to an integration with the appropriate permissions. Requests and responses are JSON over HTTPS.
Programmatic access uses API keys, managed by Owners and Admins under Settings → Developer. A key is shown once when it is created and is then stored only as a hash, so it must be copied into your secret store at that moment. Keys can be deactivated and revoked immediately. Browser sessions use an HttpOnly cookie with a CSRF header on state-changing requests; this is handled by the portal and does not apply to API-key calls.
A small set of public endpoints requires no authentication: newsletter sign-up (with double opt-in by e-mail) and contact inquiries from the website. Everything else requires a session or an API key and is subject to rate limits per workspace; exceeding them returns a standard too-many-requests response with a retry hint.
Detailed OpenAPI specifications for each product are provided to customers on request as part of onboarding, together with sandbox access. Contact your account team or support to receive them.
API essentials at a glance
- Base path /api/v1 on the product host; JSON over HTTPS only.
- API keys: created in Settings → Developer, shown once, stored hashed, revocable at any time.
- Cookie sessions: CSRF header required on writes (handled by the portal).
- Rate limits per workspace; respect the retry hint on too-many-requests responses.
- Webhooks: signed JSON events sent to your HTTPS endpoint, managed in Settings → Developer.
- Public, unauthenticated endpoints: newsletter sign-up and contact inquiries.
- OpenAPI specifications and sandbox access: provided to customers on request.

System Requirements
The App Portal and our products are web applications; nothing is installed on your computer. These are the environments we support.
| Area | Requirement | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop browsers | Latest two major versions of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Firefox. | JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. Private-browsing modes work but do not remember sign-in preferences. |
| Mobile browsers | Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android, current versions. | The portal is responsive; product modules are designed for desktop-first work and are usable on tablets. |
| Passkeys | A platform authenticator (Windows Hello, Touch ID / Face ID, Android biometrics) or a FIDO2 security key, in a browser that supports WebAuthn. | Passkeys are bound to the device or synced by your platform account; register more than one, or keep a password and 2FA as a fallback. |
| Two-factor authentication | Any TOTP authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). | The device clock must be accurate. Store the recovery codes when 2FA is enabled. |
| Network | HTTPS only, outbound to itcsuite.com and app.itcsuite.com on port 443. | Corporate proxies and firewalls must allow these hosts; the portal uses no other inbound ports. |
| E-mail deliverability | Your mail system must accept messages from itcsuite.com. | Verification, invitation, password reset and newsletter messages arrive by e-mail. Ask your mail administrator to allow our domain if messages land in quarantine. |
