InterCloud provides enterprise software and AI to organizations across Asia-Pacific. One platform covers operations, content, infrastructure and compliance: GlowScale (ERP with CRM, ITSM and HCM), Orbio (CMS and digital experience), SnowTrack (system monitoring) and TrustFlow (PDPA consent management), with InterCloud AI across them.
The role
You will work with customers to understand how their business runs and to fit GlowScale to it: gathering requirements, designing processes and guiding the implementation until people are using the system in their daily work.
What you will do
- Run workshops with customer teams to document current processes and agree on the future ones.
- Translate requirements into GlowScale configuration, and into clear specifications where development is needed.
- Prepare data migration, user acceptance testing and training together with the customer.
- Support go-live and the first weeks of operation, and hand over to support in good order.
- Feed what you learn from customers back to the product team.
What we look for
- 3+ years as a business analyst or ERP consultant, with at least one full implementation.
- Good knowledge of one or more business areas: finance and accounting, sales and distribution, inventory and procurement, manufacturing or HR and payroll.
- Able to explain a process simply and to write specifications that leave little room for doubt.
- Confident in front of customers, from operational staff to management.
- Fluent Thai and English.
