InterCloud provides enterprise software and AI to organizations across Asia-Pacific. One platform covers operations, content, infrastructure and compliance: GlowScale (ERP with CRM, ITSM and HCM), Orbio (CMS and digital experience), SnowTrack (system monitoring) and TrustFlow (PDPA consent management), with InterCloud AI across them.
The role
You will run the platform our products are served from: containers on AWS, infrastructure described in Terraform, and the pipelines that take a commit to production. The aim is releases that are routine and services that stay available.
What you will do
- Build and maintain AWS infrastructure with Terraform: networking, container services, databases, storage and identity.
- Own CI/CD pipelines so that every change is built, tested and deployed the same way.
- Set up monitoring, logging and alerting, and lead the response when something fails.
- Improve security: least-privilege access, secret handling, patching and backups that are tested.
- Work with engineers to keep costs and performance in balance.
What we look for
- 3+ years operating production systems on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool, and with containers.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines, for example with GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of networking, TLS, DNS and Linux.
- Calm and methodical under pressure; able to write clear runbooks in English.
