InterCloud provides enterprise software and AI to organizations across Asia-Pacific. One platform covers operations, content, infrastructure and compliance: GlowScale (ERP with CRM, ITSM and HCM), Orbio (CMS and digital experience), SnowTrack (system monitoring) and TrustFlow (PDPA consent management), with InterCloud AI across them.
The role
You will lead enterprise programs from contract to go-live: several teams, one plan, and a customer who knows at every point where the work stands. You are responsible for delivering within the agreed scope and schedule.
What you will do
- Plan and run implementation and development projects, with milestones, owners and dependencies that everyone can see.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and raise problems early with a proposed way forward.
- Be the main contact for the customer's project sponsor and steering committee.
- Coordinate engineers, consultants, QA and the customer's own teams.
- Lead acceptance, go-live and the handover to support.
What we look for
- 5+ years managing software or systems-implementation projects for enterprise customers.
- A record of delivering multi-team projects on the agreed scope and schedule.
- Skill in reporting status honestly and in handling change requests and commercial discussions.
- Experience with ERP or other business-critical systems is an advantage.
- Fluent Thai and English.
