One platform covers operations, content, infrastructure and compliance: GlowScale (ERP with CRM, ITSM and HCM), Orbio (CMS and digital experience), SnowTrack (system monitoring) and TrustFlow (PDPA consent management), with InterCloud AI across them.
The role
You will make sure that what we release works as our customers expect. That covers planning how a feature is tested, automating the checks that should run on every change and reporting clearly what is safe to release.
What you will do
- Define test strategy and acceptance criteria together with product owners and engineers.
- Design and run functional, regression and integration tests for web applications and APIs.
- Build and maintain automated tests that run in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Report defects precisely, with the steps and evidence an engineer needs, and verify the fixes.
- Track release quality and say plainly when a release is not ready.
What we look for
- 2+ years in software testing, including test automation for web applications or APIs.
- Ability to read code and write automated tests in at least one language.
- A methodical way of working and attention to detail.
- Experience with business applications such as ERP, finance or HR is an advantage.
- Clear written English; Thai is an advantage.
