Business Application Development
Custom business applications,
designed around your processes.
Where a packaged product does not fit the process, InterCloud builds the application that does: web and mobile front ends, enterprise systems with workflow and approvals, and the APIs that connect them. Your company owns the code, and the application is built to be maintained for years.
Web Application
Fast and Accessible Web Applications
The first page loads fast on slow connections, and a large application stays consistent as it grows. Our web front ends are built with Next.js and React, the same stack used for this website and the InterCloud App Portal, with server rendering and a component-based design.
Accessibility is part of our definition of done. Keyboard navigation, visible focus, screen-reader labels and reduced-motion support are checked on every release, a point of particular importance for public-sector and customer-facing systems.
Performance is measured in the pipeline. We track page weight and interaction timing on every build and correct regressions before they reach users.
- Next.js / React with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS design systems
- Thai and English interfaces, with provision for additional languages
- Sign-in with e-mail and password, Google or Microsoft SSO, passkeys and two-factor authentication
- Responsive layouts verified on phone, tablet and desktop
Mobile Application
Mobile Applications for Staff and Customers
Field staff, drivers, inspectors and sales teams need access to the system away from the office, and customers expect the same from your company. We build native and cross-platform applications for iOS and Android and choose the approach according to the requirements: camera, barcode and GPS functions, offline operation or a well-designed front end to your APIs.
Mobile applications share the back-end services and authentication of the web application, so a request approved on a phone is the same record that the finance team sees in the office.
We handle store publishing, crash reporting and release management, and we design for intermittent connectivity so that work is not lost when the connection drops.
- iOS and Android, native or cross-platform as the use case requires
- Offline-first data capture with conflict-safe synchronization
- Push notifications, barcode / QR scanning, camera and location
- App Store and Google Play publishing and update management
Enterprise System
Line-of-Business Systems With Built-In Controls
Procurement portals, case management, asset registers and claims processing are systems in which the process and the audit trail matter as much as the screens.
Workflow and approvals
Every request follows the same path and no one has to follow it up by e-mail. Approvals are configurable and multi-step, with delegation, escalation and deadlines.
Role-based access
Each person sees and changes only what their role allows. Permissions are set by role, organization unit and record, following the Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer model used in our own products and extended with the roles defined in your organization.
Audit trails
Answer audits and investigations with a query. A record of who changed what, when and from where is kept on every record of importance, and the trail is designed into the data model.
ERP and master-data integration
The new system does not become a separate island of data. Two-way integration with GlowScale or your existing ERP covers vendors, items, cost centers and postings.
Documents and e-signatures
Keep documents and signatures inside the process. Attachments, generated PDFs, templates and signature steps sit within the workflow, with retention rules applied automatically.
Notifications
Each person is informed of the items that concern them. E-mail, in-app and LINE notifications cover approvals, deadlines and exceptions, with per-user preferences.
Operational reporting
Managers see where work is waiting. Queue, throughput and aging dashboards for managers, exports for analysts and an API for the data warehouse.
Enterprise sign-in
Staff sign in with their existing company account. SSO with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra, passkeys and two-factor authentication, together with session management for shared or kiosk devices.
API & Microservices
APIs for Internal Teams and Partners
The architecture is chosen to suit the team that will maintain it. Back ends are built with Java and Spring Boot. They are split into services along business boundaries where this is justified and kept as a well-structured modular application where it is not.
Every API is described in OpenAPI, versioned so that existing clients continue to work, and protected with authentication, rate limits and input validation at the gateway. Partners and internal teams receive documentation and a sandbox environment.
Services are delivered with structured logs, metrics and distributed traces, so that an incident can be followed across service boundaries. Monitoring runs on SnowTrack or on your existing tooling.
- Spring Boot services on PostgreSQL, containerized on AWS ECS
- OpenAPI specifications, generated client SDKs and a developer portal
- Versioning, rate limiting, API keys and OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
- Structured logging, metrics and tracing connected to SnowTrack
Scope of Delivery
What You Receive in Every Engagement
These deliverables ensure that the application can be maintained after the project team has left. They form part of every engagement.
- Full ownership of source code, designs and infrastructure definitions, in a repository you control
- Architecture and operations documentation, kept up to date with the code
- Automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests running on every change
- CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions deploying to staging and production
- Security review covering authentication, authorization, input handling and dependencies
- Staging environment that mirrors production for acceptance testing
- Structured hand-over with knowledge-transfer sessions for your team
- Warranty period and a support option after go-live
Discuss your application requirements
Describe the process, the current problems and the systems the application must connect to. We will respond with a proposed approach, a team composition and an estimate.
