Cloud Infrastructure
Run it where your policy allows,
and let us operate it.
Your team spends its time on the business, not on servers. InterCloud runs the products in the cloud, and offers a private cloud or your own data center where data must stay inside your network.
Deployment
Three ways to run the products
Cloud
InterCloud hosts and operates the products for you. Your people sign in and work; updates, monitoring and backups are our job.
Private cloud
A separate environment for one organization, for policies that do not allow a shared service.
On-premise
In your own data center, for data that cannot leave your network. Available for GlowScale.
How it is built
The foundations of the cloud service
- The services run on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Cloudflare protects the websites at the edge.
- The architecture follows AWS Well-Architected principles for security, reliability and performance.
- The services are designed for high availability, with monitoring, backups and recovery procedures.
- SnowTrack, our own observability product, is the kind of monitoring we build for production systems: metrics, logs, uptime checks and alerts in one view.
Service levels
Availability is agreed in writing
Service levels, support hours and response times are defined in your service agreement, so they match what your organization needs and what it pays for. We do not publish one figure for everyone.
The current state of the website and the API is shown on the service status page at any time.
Plan the right environment with us
Tell us your data and network policies, and we will propose where each product should run.
